4. Payment Terms

All fees are payable in advance via our secure payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing details.

5. Delivery and Access

• Services: Access begins on confirmation of payment and continues for the term purchased. You will receive daily email notifications.
• Digital Publications: Download links are provided immediately upon payment confirmation. Links remain active for 30 days.
• Physical Goods: Items are dispatched within 5 business days. Shipping times vary by location.

6. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction with every offering. Below is our refund framework by category.

6.1 Services

• If you cancel within 7 days of first access and have not consumed more than 20% of daily updates, a full refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
• After 7 days or 20% consumption, a prorated amount for the unused portion may be credited toward future service periods at your request.
• Subscriptions may be transferred to another individual or entity by contacting us via the contact form. Transfers must be approved prior to change of account details.

6.2 Digital Publications

• Due to immediate access, these items are not eligible for general refunds.
• If a download link is defective or file is corrupted, please notify us within 15 days. We will resend the item or issue a full refund.

6.3 Physical Goods

• If merchandise arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 14 days. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
• For change-of-mind requests, items must be unsealed and in original condition. Ship back at your expense within 30 days; upon receipt we will issue a refund back to your original payment method minus any shipping charges incurred.

7. No-Refund Services

Certain bespoke consulting packages (e.g., tailored report series or one-on-one strategy sessions) are explicitly non-refundable once work has commenced. This policy is in place due to the personalized time and resources allocated to each engagement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and software associated with AccLabDaily remain our property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use materials for your personal or internal business purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccLabDaily and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our offerings.

10. Changes to Terms
